1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on organization activity for orphan children and children without parental support, and about the device of children without parental support in them.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 7, 2011 No. 558 "About approval of requirements to conditions of stay of children in the organizations for orphan children and children without parental support" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 29, the Art. 4483).
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2015.
