About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sources of official publication of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2010 No. 117

For the purpose of streamlining of the procedure of publication of regulatory legal acts of representative bodies of local self-government, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sources of official publication of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2010 No. 117, the following changes:

- in the name and in all text in state language of the word "normativdik" and "norma" to replace respectively with the words "chenemdik" and "chenem";

- to state the subitem 2 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"2) regulatory legal acts of representative bodies of local self-government:

a) in the corresponding printing editions determined by representative bodies of local self-government from among printing editions, the most widespread in the territory of the ayylny aimag, city, area, the area which was registered in accordance with the established procedure;

b) on the official website of local government body or local public administration, or the plenipotentiary of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the respective area, or authorized state body for local self-government.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
