About modification of the Regulations on Government commission on transport

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Government commission on transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2013 No. 220 "About reorganization of Government Commission on Transport and Communications and about formation of Government commission on transport and Government commission on communication" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 12, the Art. 1323).

Changes which are made to Regulations on Government commission on transport

1. Add item 4 with the subitem "i" of the following content:

"i) ensuring realization of mechanisms of system of public control over activities of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of transport during the forming, approval and realization of investing programs of the specified subjects taking into account opinion of consumers of services of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of transport for the purpose of:

increases in efficiency of tariff regulation;

improvement of quality of the services rendered to consumers by subjects of natural monopolies;

increases in efficiency of activities of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of transport, including purchasing and investing activities.".

2. Add Item 5 with subitems "x" - "э" the following content:

"x) determines priorities of investing programs of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of transport proceeding from the potential of development of the Russian economy;
