Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the list of types of the imported foreign aircrafts and component parts to them concerning which delay or payment by installments of tax payment, No. 101 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2012 "About approval of the list of types of the imported foreign aircrafts and component parts to them concerning which delay or payment by installments of tax payment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, can be granted to No. 7, by the Art. 881) can be granted.

2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since September 1, 2013.
