"2(2). Federal state construction supervision in case of construction, reconstruction of objects of the federal nuclear organizations is performed by State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom".
3. In Regulations on the implementation of the state construction supervision in the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:
a) the paragraph one of Item 5 after words "federal state construction supervision," to add with words "State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom";
