Procedure for medical examination of state of intoxication and registration of its results

1. General provisions

1. The procedure for medical examination of state of intoxication and registration of its results (further - the Procedure) determines procedure for performing medical examination of citizens for factual determination of alcohol intake, drugs and state of intoxication under control of vehicles, and also registrations of its results. Main objective of this Procedure is establishment of single practice in performing medical examination of citizens for determination of the fact of alcohol intake or drugs and assessment of state of intoxication under control of vehicles, and also registrations of its results.
