About the Procedure for development of industry schemes of development of the territories of the Republic of Tajikistan

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of 02.03.2023 No. 81)

According to part 2 of article 48 of the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for development of industry schemes of development of the territories of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. To committee on architecture and construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to take necessary measures for realization of this Procedure.

Procedure for development of industry schemes of development of the territories of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. General provisions

1. The procedure for development of industry schemes developed the territories of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Procedure) is developed based on requirements of part 2 of article 48 of the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan and regulates process of development of the scheme of certain industry of development in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
