About approval of Provisional Regulations for payment cards of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic

Within implementation of the State program of actions for increase in share of cashless payments and calculations in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2012-2017 for rendering assistance in increase in level of automation of system of accounting of the budgetary funds of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic issued to state-financed organizations in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by means of the ELKART payment cards and also according to articles 7 and 43 of the Law "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Provisional Regulations "About payment cards of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" it (is applied).

2. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official site of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.

4. To management of payment systems to bring this resolution to the attention of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, Interbank Processing Center Ltd and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Zheenbayeva B. Zh.
