3. For coordination of works on smooth functioning of industries of economy and the social sphere of the Republic of Tajikistan during the autumn and winter period of 2014-2015 to create the Republican headquarters on timely preparation of industries of economy and the social sphere of the republic for smooth and effective operation during the autumn and winter period of 2014-2015 (Appendix 2).

4. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- monthly to the 20th to submit the Republican headquarters summarized information on the course of accomplishment of the mentioned Actions plan;
