According to Items 24, of 44 Rules of the organization and financing of training, the assistance in employment of persons participating in active measures of assistance of employment, and provision by it of measures of the state support, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 18, 2011 No. 815, Item 44 of Rules of the organization and financing of the state support of development of entrepreneurship to persons participating in the active measures of assistance of employment approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 18, 2011 No. 816, Item 53 of Rules of assistance to increase in mobility of persons, participating in active measures of assistance of employment, and rendering to them measures of the state support, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 18, 2011 No. 817, I ORDER:

1. Approve forms of social contracts on provision of the state support:

1) in the direction on free professional development course, professional training and retraining according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) on employment in implementable infrastructure projects according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) on assistance to development of entrepreneurship in the village according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) on increase in mobility of manpower according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To provide to department of employment of the population:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
