For the purpose of ensuring timely accomplishment of obligations of the companies of water supply (sewerage) for return and servicing of borrowed funds of the international financial and economic institutions and foreign government financial organizations attracted with the Government or under guarantee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to projects implementation on enhancement of system of drinking water supply and the sewerage, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Specify to the CEO of the Uzbek agency "Uzkommunkhizmat", the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokima of areas and the city of Tashkent the inefficient organization of works on return loan and borrowing facilities, within the realized and implementable investment projects on drinking water supply and the sewerage.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for accumulation, return and servicing loan and the borrowing facilities provided by the international financial economic institutions and the foreign government financial organizations for projects implementation for enhancement of system of drinking water supply and the sewerage according to appendix.
3. To the executive agencies, public authorities on places and to the companies of water supply (sewerage) responsible for target and effective use loan and borrowing facilities to exercise control of the project progress on enhancement of system of drinking water supply and the sewerage, timely return and servicing of borrowed funds of the international financial and economic institutions and foreign government financial organizations (further MFEI and IPFO).
