About approval of Provisional regulations for the organization and functioning of the automated system of supervision of traffic "Traffic control"

For the purpose of execution of provisions of the Order of the Government No. 40 of January 17, 2012 "About approval of the Concept of the automated system of supervision of traffic "Traffic control" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 21-24, 61) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Approve Provisional regulations for the organization and functioning of the automated system of supervision of traffic "Traffic control", according to appendix.

2. To provide to administrative authorities and the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the divisions which are under supervision of GIP within the assigned competences fulfillment of requirements of the specified provision.

3. Appoint Service of information technologies by the administrator and the processor of the personal data obtained by means of the automated system of supervision of traffic "Traffic control".

4. Authorize Service of information technologies to perform the notification of the National center for personal data protection on the automated system of supervision of traffic "Traffic control" on behalf of the controller - the Ministries of Internal Affairs.

5. To impose control for accomplishment of this order on Mr. Sergey DIAKONA, the deputy minister of internal affairs.
