For the purpose of streamlining and simplification of procedures of registration of cash registers with fiscal memory and further enhancement of application of cash registers with fiscal memory by legal entities and physical persons in case of sales of goods, performance of works and rendering services for cash cash calculation the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 17, 2011 No. 306 "About additional measures for further enhancement of application of cash registers with fiscal memory" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 11, the Art. 89), according to appendix.
2. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Uzstandart Agency to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure single technical requirements to the cash registers with fiscal memory applied to implementation of cash calculations with the population in a month.
3. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time:
bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution;
provide the organization and holding actions for extended coverage of the purposes, content and the practical importance of this resolution among subjects of entrepreneurship.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
