Declare invalid the order of the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance of April 16, 2012 No. 11 of odes "About Approval of the Regulations on Certification of Specialists in Cost Determination of Vehicles of Appraisers for Determination of the Extent of the Harm Done to the Vehicle as a result of the Road Accident, for the purposes of Obligatory Civil Liability Insurance of Owners of Vehicles" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 47, 10/157).
3. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
