About entering of amendments into some orders of the Ministry of Finance

In pursuance of Item 10.3 of the Action plan for promotion of the open Government for 2012-2013 approved by the Order of the Government No. 195 of April 4, 2012. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 65-69, the Art. 224) and Item 3 part 4 of the Order of the Government No. 294 of March 17, 1998 "About accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 406-II of December 23, 1997" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, No. 30-33, 288), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 47 of March 31, 2010 about approval of standard form of the source document of the strict reporting "Delivery note" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 58-60, 230), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 745 of March 31, 2010, to add with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1. The subjects using the electronic waybill have the right of independent seal of the delivery notes on paper generated electronically with the protective marks provided by the automated e-Factura system in the following cases:

a) for documentation of the deliveries performed to the subjects who are not using delivery note electronically;

c) for representation to the superimposed intermediary (carrier) which is not using delivery note electronically in case of documentation of the deliveries performed to the subjects using delivery note electronically;

c) in the situations provided in Item 2 of the subitem c) this Instruction".
