ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of Rules about official journeys within the Republic of Kazakhstan employees of the public institutions containing at the expense of means of the government budget and also deputies of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules about official journeys within the Republic of Kazakhstan of employees of the public institutions containing at the expense of means of the government budget and also deputies of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules).

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules about official journeys within the Republic of Kazakhstan employees of the public institutions containing at the expense of means of the government budget and also deputies of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

These rules determine procedure for sending of employees of the public institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan sent to official journeys within the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. Official journey (further - business trip) is the worker's trip according to the order of the chief of staff of the central state body, and in cases of that absence - the head of public institution for certain term for accomplishment of labor obligations out of the place of its permanent job, and also for increase and retraining of professional level and qualification.

When the divisions which are part of public institution are in other area, that structural division in which work is caused by the individual employment contract (the order of this public institution) is considered the place of permanent job.
