About formation of department on gardening, improvement and content of central squares of the city of Fergana

1. Accept the offer of khokimiyat of the Fergana region on creation of Department on gardening, improvement and content of central squares under khokimiyat of the city of Fergana (further - Department).

2. Determine the main objectives of Department:

the organization of timely and high-quality performance of works for content, operation of subjects to improvement of the central squares, parks, fountains and the territories adjacent to the building "Sanjat of saroya", to stadium on 20000 places, Ulitsa Mustakillik of the city of Fergana according to town-planning and sanitary standards and rules;

ensuring timely and high-quality performance of works on capital and running repair, and also due sanitary and technical condition of systems of artificial irrigation, pumping points, wells, hard surface of roads and paths, street lighting and fountains;

holding complex agrotechnical actions for content and care of green plantings, fight against their wreckers and diseases, implementation of measures for further gardening of the serviced territory;

preserving and development of subjects to improvement, ensuring their sanitary cleaning.

3. Approve:

structure of Department on gardening, improvement and content of central squares of the city of Fergana according to appendix No. 1 with extreme number of managerial personnel of 10 units;
