1. Make changes to Item 13 of the Regulations on head body of the military management of National guard of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 28, 2014 No. 346 "Questions of principal organ of military management of National guard of Ukraine", having replaced paragraph one with two paragraphs of the following content:
"13. The structure of principal organ of military management of NSU, territorial administrations of NSU, connections, military units and divisions, higher educational institutions, teaching military units (centers), bases, organizations and institutions of National guard of Ukraine is approved by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine according to the proposal of the commander of National guard of Ukraine.
The states of principal organ of military management of NSU, territorial administrations of NSU, connections, military units and divisions, higher educational institutions, teaching military units (centers), bases, organizations and institutions of National guard of Ukraine, including for the special period, and also changes to them are approved by the commander of National guard of Ukraine".
With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
