About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning compensation to the network organizations of the loss of income connected with technological accession to power networks and adoption of tariff decisions

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning compensation to the network organizations of the loss of income connected with technological accession to power networks.

2. To Federal Tariff Service to develop and approve methodical instructions for determination of the loss of income connected with implementation of technological accession to power networks in 3-month time.

3. To executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates to make decisions on establishment (review) since July 1, 2014:

single (boiler) tariffs for services in transfer of electrical energy if the specified rates are established since July 1, 2014 at the level exceeding the level of the specified rates as of June 30, 2014 for the purpose of ensuring establishment of single (boiler) tariffs since July 1, 2014 for the second half of the year 2014 at the level which is not exceeding the level of the specified rates as of June 30, 2014;

the individual prices (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy for settlement between 2 network organizations for the services in transfer rendered each other.
