About the federal nuclear organizations

1. Give the status of the federal nuclear organization to the federal state unitary enterprises for the list according to appendix for 25-year term.

2. Determine as priority activities of the federal state unitary enterprises called in appendix to this Decree:

a) carrying out theoretical and applied researches, developmental and technological works in the field of creation, maintenances in use nuclear ammunition and nuclear charges, utilization and destruction of their components;

b) implementation of long-term storage of the nuclear materials used in case of development, production, testing, operation and utilization of nuclear weapon and military nuclear installations;

c) carrying out researches for timely response to possible scientific and technological breaks in the field of creation of arms and military equipment;

d) preserving and development of technologies in the field of nuclear weapon complex of the Russian Federation;

e) maintenance and development of research and production, technological, experimental and information bases of nuclear weapon complex of the Russian Federation;

e) holding the actions providing maintenance of combat readiness, reliability and safety of nuclear charges and nuclear ammunition at development stages, testing, production, disassembly and utilization;

g) creation and utilization of military nuclear power plants.
