About modification of the Register of the banks, other credit institutions and insurance companies having rights of issue of bank guarantees of payment of customs duties, taxes, No. 1644 approved by the order of FCS of Russia of September 2, 2013

According to article 142 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, Art. 6252; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3873, No. 29, Art. 4291, No. 50, Art. 7351; 2012, No. 53 (p. I), Art. 7608; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1656, No. 26, Art. 3207, No. 27, Art. 3477, No. 30 (p. I), Art. 4084, No. 49 (p. I), Art. 6348, No. 51, Art. 6681, Art. 6682; 2014, No. 11, the Art. 1098), the order of FCS of Russia of April 6, 2012 No. 666 "About approval of Administrative regulations of the Federal Customs Service on provision of the state service in maintaining the register of the banks, other credit institutions and insurance companies having rights of issue of bank guarantees of payment of customs duties, taxes" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 09.08. 2012, рег. No. 25160), the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of October 10, 2011 No. 126n "About establishment of maximum amount of one bank guarantee and maximum amount of all at the same time existing bank guarantees issued by one bank or one other credit institution, one insurance company for adoption of bank guarantees by customs authorities for the purpose of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 24.11. 2011, рег. 22395) I order to No.:

1. State the Register of the banks, other credit institutions and insurance companies having rights of issue of bank guarantees of payment of customs duties, taxes, No. approved by the order of FCS of Russia of September 2, 2013 1644, in edition according to appendix to this order.

2. Recognize to invalid:

a) the order of FCS of Russia of February 28, 2014 No. 363 "About modification of the Register of the banks, other credit institutions and insurance companies having rights of issue of bank guarantees of payment of customs duties, taxes, No. 1644 approved by the order of FCS of Russia of September 2, 2013";

b) the order of FCS of Russia of March 31, 2014 No. 578 "About modification of the Register of the banks, other credit institutions and insurance companies having rights of issue of bank guarantees of payment of customs duties, taxes, No. 1644 approved by the order of FCS of Russia of September 2, 2013";

c) the order of FCS of Russia of April 11, 2014 No. 674 "About modification of the Register of the banks, other credit institutions and insurance companies having rights of issue of bank guarantees of payment of customs duties, taxes, No. 1644 approved by the order of FCS of Russia of September 2, 2013";

d) the order of FCS of Russia of April 30, 2014 No. 817 "About modification of the Register of the banks, other credit institutions and insurance companies having rights of issue of bank guarantees of payment of customs duties, taxes, No. 1644 approved by the order of FCS of Russia of September 2, 2013";

e) the order of FCS of Russia of May 23, 2014 No. 953 "About modification of the Register of the banks, other credit institutions and insurance companies having rights of issue of bank guarantees of payment of customs duties, taxes, No. 1644 approved by the order of FCS of Russia of September 2, 2013".

3. For public relations (A. V. Smelyakov) to provide to management publication of this order in official publications of FCS of Russia and on the official site of FCS of Russia on the Internet.

4. This order becomes effective since June 1, 2014.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy head of FCS of Russia V. M. Malinin.
