2. The organization can be included in the register in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:
2.1. activities implementation at least one year;
2.2. availability in 12 months preceding date of the appeal to the Ministry of Finance with the written application about inclusion in the register, no more than three administrative punishments for making of administrative offenses in the field of finance, the security market and banking activity.
