About approval of Rules of certification of technical means of protection of civil aviation against acts of illegal intervention
According to part ten of article 87 of the Air code of Ukraine I order:
1. Approve Rules of certification of technical means of protection of civil aviation against acts of illegal intervention which are attached.
2. To provide to the public air service of Ukraine:
1) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Bondarenko A. E.
