3. To the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan within two months to develop and approve regulatory legal acts of rather military departments.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 15, 1999 No. 92 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for training of reserve officers for Armed forces of the Republic of Tajikistan".
