To public institution "Center of project implementation "Construction and the equipment of schools" in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Saudi Fund of Development to develop and approve structure, the staff list and expense budget on content of this Center.

5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan annually to provide in the Government budget necessary means for providing contribution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to project implementations "Construction and the equipment of schools".
