About some questions of the organization of licensing of activities on rail and water transport

For the purpose of implementation of the licensed legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 1995 N 1894 "About implementation of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 1995 N 2201", I order:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Instruction on the organization of licensing of activities for production and repair of railway rolling stock, the special containers applied to transportations of dangerous goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the Instruction on the organization of licensing of the activities of seaports connected with servicing of ocean ships, passengers and loads in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Delegate to Managements of transport control on areas and the cities of Astana and Almaty, powers on licensing:

activities for transportation of passengers and loads, dangerous goods by rail in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

activities for production and repair of railway rolling stock, the special containers applied to transportations of dangerous goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

the activities of seaports connected with servicing of ocean ships, passengers and loads in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To managements of transport control on areas and the cities of Astana and Almaty to make licensing of the specified types of activity according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
