1. No. 299 "About application of sanitary measures in custom union" after the paragraph of the seventh to add Item 2-1 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 with paragraphs of the following content:
"-till July 1, 2013:
according to Section 1. "The safety requirement and nutrition value of foodstuff" regarding requirements to marking of the food products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Food products regarding its marking" (TR CU 022/2011), in connection with entry into force of the specified technical regulation;
according to Sections 22. "Safety requirements of nutritional supplements and fragrances" and 23. "Safety requirements of technological supportive applications" regarding requirements to products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety requirement of nutritional supplements, fragrances and technological supportive applications" (TR CU 029/2012), in connection with entry into force of the specified technical regulation;".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
