features of provision of specifications of connection (technological accession) of power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy to objects of electric grid economy and capital construction projects to networks warm, gazo-, water supply and water disposal in the territory of the innovative center "Skolkovo", established by the Provision approved by this resolution extend to the connection specifications (technological accession) of the specified devices and objects in the territory of the innovative center "Skolkovo" provided before entry into force of this resolution.
