1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of the state service "Approval of Purchase and Sale, Transfer to Lease or Trust Management of Power Generation Facilities and (or) Its Separate Parts irrespective of Patterns of Ownership".
2. Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2012 No. 363 "About approval of Regulations of the state service "Approval of Purchase and Sale, Transfer to Lease or Trust Management of Power Generation Facilities and (or) Its Separate Parts irrespective of Patterns of Ownership" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 8045 of October 30, 2012 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of April 17, 2013 No. 134-135 (27408-27409).
3. To department of power industry and coal industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Esimkhanov S. K.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
