About procedure for development of standard contracts, standard conditions of contracts, and also about cases and conditions of their application

According to the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development of standard contracts, standard conditions of contracts.

2. Before commissioning of unified information system in the field of purchases standard contracts, standard conditions of contracts are posted on the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet for posting information on placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services of www.zakupki.gov.ru.

3. The subitem "an" of Item 16 of Rules of development of standard contracts, standard conditions of the contracts approved by this resolution regarding the catalog of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
