3. To plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, heads of local public administrations and executive bodies of local self-government in a month:

- organize work on refining and assignment of names to streets of settlements in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- provide information on names of streets of settlements in paper and electronic formats to system administrators of territorial election commissions of the Central commission on elections and holding referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) for the subsequent transfer to the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
