According to part one of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About social services" and for the purpose of interaction of executive bodies and other subjects which perform provision of social service of palliative care of the house incurably sick, we ORDER:
1. Approve the Order of interaction of subjects by provision of social service of palliative care of the house incurably sick that is applied.
2. Social services department (I. Tarabukin) to provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers of social policy of Ukraine and the Minister of Health of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
