About modification of Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007 No. 9 "About procedure of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 5, Art. 653; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5841; 2009, No. 46, Art. 5503; 2011, No. 32, Art. 4848; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1149).

Changes which are made to Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation

1. Add Item 16 with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) factual determination of dummy registration at the place of residence of the foreign citizen in premises, right to use which he has and to which address it is registered, - based on the decision of territorial authority of the Federal Migration Service made in accordance with the established procedure.".

2. Add Item 37 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) after identification of the fact of dummy statement of the foreign citizen on accounting in the place of stay in premises.".

3. In paragraph one of Item 44 of the word "hospital or in other healthcare institution or social servicing" shall be replaced with words "the medical organization providing medical care in stationary conditions or organization of social servicing".
