About approval of Provisional regulations for concurrent engineering and construction of facilities, buildings and constructions in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reducing terms of designing and construction of facilities, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Provisional regulations for concurrent engineering and construction of facilities, buildings and constructions in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the state agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in accordance with the established procedure to perform registration of objects, buildings and constructions which construction is conducted with their concurrent engineering;

- in a month to develop and submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic projects of the regulatory legal acts following from this resolution, the providing concurrent engineering and construction of facilities, buildings and constructions.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication and is effective till December 31, 2014.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of regional development, transport, construction and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
