1) submission on approval of the charter of the company to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Bring the following amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.08.2015 No. 683

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 24.09.2014 No. 1011
