1. Create republican public institution "Sea administration of the ports of Aktau and Bautino of" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - organization) within the approved limit of the number of staff.

2. Determine that financing of organization is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure:

1) to approve provision of organization and to provide its state registration in judicial authorities;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.09.2014 No. 995

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
