About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.2. Item 22 of the list of the organizations performing determination of the size of losses, caused by seizure of land and demolition of the real estate objects located on them, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of March 26, 2008 to No. 462 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 667" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 83, 5/27442), to exclude;
1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2012 No. 138 "About basic electronic services" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 22, 5/35264):
1.3.1. in the list of basic electronic services which provision is provided through the single portal of electronic services, approved by this resolution:

1.4. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.02.2017 No. 159
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
