These rules of provision of the address help to individual consumers (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2009 "About support of use of renewable energy resources" and determine procedure for provision of the address help to individual consumers on acquisition of installations by use of renewable energy resources.
2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) the address help to individual consumers (further - the address help) - compensation by the state of part of costs of individual consumers for acquisition of installations on use of renewable energy resources at the Kazakhstan producers;
