1. Establish classification of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2004 No. 1310 "About approval of classification of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 48, the Art. 620).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. Emergency situation of natural and technogenic nature belongs to object if as a result of accident, disaster or catastrophic crash the zone of emergency situation does not go beyond the object territory, at the same time arose or can arise one of the following effects:
1) death from above 5, but no more than 10 people;
2) violation of conditions of life activity of the population from above 50, but no more than 100 people;
