1. Bring in the Instruction about voluntary insurance of medical expenses approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2005 No. 74 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 105, 8/12764; 2008, No. 31, 8/17870; No. 67, 8/18354; No. 160, 8/19034; No. 188, 8/19191), following changes:
1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction determines procedure and conditions of carrying out voluntary insurance of medical expenses of legal entities and physical persons according to which in case of loss occurrence medical care to insured persons appears the organizations of health care of the Republic of Belarus entering the state health care system and also the non-state organizations of health care or in the cases provided by this Instruction, the organizations of health care of foreign states (further - the organizations of health care).";
1.2. to exclude the paragraph of the sixth of Item 2;
1.3. state Item 10 in the following edition:
