The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Allocate to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (for the State agency of water resources) means in the amount of 44000 thousand hryvnias for payment of the cost of electricity necessary for filling with water of water storage basins and other water objects of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, by balance of the State fund of environmental protection which was formed as of January 1, 2013.

2. Appendix to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for protection against harmful effect of waters of rural settlements and agricultural holdings, complex antiflood protection in the pool of. The yew in the Transcarpathian region approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 No. 137 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 14, Art. 575; 2012, No. 15, Art. 558; 2013, No. 39, the Art. 1376) to add with Item 12 of the following content:

"12. Works on filling with water of water storage basins and other water objects of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.".

3. To the state agency of water resources to provide representation on December 25, 2013 to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance the report on use of the funds allocated in connection therewith by the resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Finance to make corresponding changes to list of the government budget.

5. To the public treasurer service to transfer to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources the funds allocated in connection therewith by the resolution.
