According to Articles 4, 9 Laws of Ukraine "About place names", subitem 7.62 of the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) accounting registration form of the State register of place names of administrative and territorial units of Ukraine;

2) accounting registration form of the State register of place names of physiographic and social and economic objects of Ukraine;

3) accounting registration form of the State register of place names of administrative and territorial units of foreign countries;

4) accounting registration form of the State register of place names of physiographic and social and economic objects of foreign countries.

2. Department of agriculture to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
