About approval of forms of checking sheets in the field of private entrepreneurship in the field of the industry

According to Item 1 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About the state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan" we ORDER:

1. Approve forms of checking sheets in the field of private entrepreneurship in the field of the industry on:

1) to designing (technological) mining facilities according to appendix 1 to this joint order;

2) operation of mining facilities according to appendix 2 to this joint order;

3) to designing of production of solid minerals (except for popular minerals) according to appendix 3 to this joint order;

4) to designing and production schedules on development of fields of solid minerals according to appendix 4 to this joint order;

5) to production of solid minerals (except for popular minerals) according to appendix 5 to this joint order;

6) to opening and development of fields of solid minerals open and underground by methods according to appendix 6 to this joint order;

7) to conducting technological works on fields according to appendix 7 to this joint order;

8) to production of explosive works for mining according to appendix 8 to this joint order;

9) to liquidating works on closing of mines and mines according to appendix 9 to this joint order;

10) underground and to workovers; dismantle of the equipment and aggregates; installations of the elevator of wells according to appendix 10 to this joint order;

11) to testing after repair of wells according to appendix 11 to this joint order;

12) washing, cementation, approbation and development of wells according to appendix 12 to this joint order;

13) to designing (technological) chemical productions according to appendix 13 to this joint order;

14) operation of chemical productions according to appendix 14 to this joint order

15) to collection (procurement), to storage, conversions and realization by legal entities of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, except for sales activities of scrap and waste of the non-ferrous and ferrous metals formed at legal entities during own production and as a result of acquisition of property complex as a part of which there were scrap and (or) waste of non-ferrous and (or) ferrous metals, to licensees according to appendix 15 to this joint order.

2. To committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kasymbekov B. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after its state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Declare invalid the joint order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 28, 2012 No. 430 and the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 5, 2012 No. 326 "About approval of forms of checking sheets in the field of private entrepreneurship in the field of the industry" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8203, No. 83-84 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of March 6, 2013 (27357-27358).

4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the first vice-minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rau A. P.

5. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
