About approval of structure of plans of civil defense and action plans on liquidation of emergency situations

According to the subitem 21) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About civil protection", I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) structure of plans of civil defense according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) structure of the action plan on liquidation of emergency situations according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of Civil defense of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) official publication of this order in mass media.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Petrov V. V.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
