For the purpose of increase in efficiency of work on social protection of persons with limited opportunities of health, including children, and determination of requirements to the services provided to specified persons in the field of social servicing according to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the guaranteed state minimum social standards" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed state minimum social standards of the social services provided to persons with limited opportunities of health including to children, in the semiportable organizations and organizations of social servicing.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide carrying out explanatory work on application of the state minimum social standards of the social services provided to persons with limited opportunities of health including to children, in the semiportable organizations and organizations of social servicing.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
