Determine that in 2014 subsidies from the federal budget are provided to the organizations performing property insurance of risks in case of starts and flight testing of spacecrafts irrespective of their form of business (except public institutions) for the purpose of cost recovery, risks made in the current year in case of property insurance in case of starts and flight testing of spacecrafts which are performed within the federal target program "Maintenance, Development and Use of GLONASS System for 2012 - 2020" and the Federal space program of Russia for 2006 - 2015 and which financial provision is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget, according to the procedure, provided by Rules of provision in 2012 - 2015 of subsidies from the federal budget for support of the organizations performing property insurance of risks in case of starts and flight testing of spacecrafts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 8, 2012 No. 804 "About approval of Rules of provision in 2012 - 2015 of subsidies from the federal budget for support of the organizations performing property insurance of risks in case of starts and flight testing of spacecrafts".
