Determine that effective periods of the certificates of conformity issued about day of entry into force of technical regulations of the Customs union "About safety of small size vessels" (TR CU 026/2012) and "About safety of the equipment working under excessive pressure" (TR CU 032/2013), and also procedure for production and release into the stream of commerce of products according to the specified documents are established according to decisions of the Eurasian economic commission of October 18, 2012 No. 190 "About procedure for enforcement of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of small size vessels" and of October 15, 2013 No. 218 "About procedure for enforcement of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the equipment working under excessive pressure". Products released in the territory of the Russian Federation according to the specified documents are not subject to remarking by single market circulation mark of state members of the Customs union.
