1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 115 the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

add Item 14 with paragraphs the twenty seventh and twenty eighth the following content:

"-appropriates in accordance with the established procedure class ranks to government employees of the Ministry;

- determines the place of temporary stay (dislocation) of subordinated and territorial subdivisions (summary groups) and certain officials of the Ministry for carrying out precautionary, rescue and other urgent works on localization and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations of different nature;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
