In view of the difficult internal political situation which arose in Ukraine, and the continuing growth of number of the citizens of Ukraine and persons without citizenship who were constantly living in the territory of Ukraine arriving to the territory of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
2. Distribution of citizens of Ukraine and the persons without citizenship who were constantly living in the territory of Ukraine and arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation in the emergency mass procedure (further - citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons), on subjects of the Russian Federation is performed proceeding from number - 180000 people for 2014 and 2015.
2(1). If the number of the citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons who arrived according to this resolution in the subject of the Russian Federation exceeds the size established for such subject of the Russian Federation according to the distribution approved by this resolution, transportation of citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons is performed in other subjects of the Russian Federation for which the corresponding amount of distribution is not exhausted.
2(2). Transportation of citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons from one subject of the Russian Federation in other subject of the Russian Federation is performed no more once.
