Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In appendix to the Order of the Government No. 384 of March 31, 2003. "About approval of the number of staff of the public services created under the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry" (403), with subsequent changes and amendments, line items "The republican veterinary diagnostic center" and "The national agency on safety of foodstuff" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003 No. 62-66, of the Art.

No. 135-138 1128), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

a) control regarding the origin of means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil from the batches intended for import;

b) control regarding integrity of packaging and observance of requirements to marking according to the sample approved by the State center for certification and approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil;

c) if necessary sampling of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil for laboratory researches for the purpose of determination of their quality.";
